Born in the U.S. but raised in Israel – Moshe understands the complex local needs of our international clients. After completing his IDF army service in the Research and Analysis Unit of the Military Intelligence Corps, he continued to study Law & Government at the IDC Herzliya where he was very active with the Clinic for Legal Aid and Social Intervention and with the prestigious StandWithUS Israel Fellowship. As part of his LL.B. Moshe also studied at the Duke University School of Law Asia-America Institute in Transnational Law in cooperation with the University of Hong Kong.
Moshe successfully completed his clerkship at the International Corporate Department at Yigal Arnon & Co. in Tel-Aviv. After returning to Jerusalem and becoming a member of the Israel Bar Association, Moshe joined Yehuda Raveh & Co. as the manager of their Corporate Department at the City Center Branch. Following his extensive experience there, Moshe was invited to join Northwestern University’s International Business Law executive LL.M. program as a scholarship student. As such, he joined 15 exceptional international lawyers and graduated with Honors at the top of his class. Following his return from Chicago to Israel, Moshe founded the firm together with his former IDC classmate, Adv. Lior Sofer.
Moshe currently manages the firm’s Corporate Department, and provides legal consultation to VC funds and angels investing in the Israeli start-up scene while additionally providing ongoing consultation to various Israeli and foreign companies on a variety of legal issues, including corporate governance, commercial law, technology law and labor law.
Moshe is a certified mediator and sits on the Israeli Bar Associations’ Hi-Tech Board.
